With clients - create a gmail account in the name of the project. Give all parties to the project the login. Email from and to this account. Attach media files. There’s lots of room, enough for tracks and mixes for one project.

With the gmail login, create a profile, a google docs account, use collaborative text doc for real-time chat and asynchronsis discussion, use presentation tool to mock up designs and use the spreadsheets for project’s accounting.
